About the Author

Keith Riddick is a former personal trainer, lifestyle and weight management consultant, and massage therapist. He has trained and instructed kickboxing and total conditioning at two of the nation's leading fitness centers; LA FITNESS and GOLD'S GYM. A staunch believer in an active lifestyle, his motto is: it is easier to stay fit and healthy than it is to get fit and healthy.

Keith developed Combocising in 1996 as a result of experience, inspiration and a healthy dose of kismet. The program was perfected through research of various physical fitness and sensual resources including Healing Love through the Tao, the Kama Sutra, and Five Languages of Love. But Combocising is not simply a book based on sex, says Keith. It's an exercise program which helps facilitate communication, intimacy, and the ability for people to get to know one another.

Always a supporter of people having control over their own health, Keith believes the same philosophy runs true in relationships - especially when it comes to communication. "My wife and I always worked out with one another," Keith says. "It gave us an opportunity to continue our conversations with one another."

Keith's background includes serving seven years in the United States Navy as an electricians mate second class petty officer. After being honorably discharged, he attended community college before completing a five year apprenticeship program in electrical construction.

Keith has been certified though the American Council on Exercise since 2000. He then graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy in September 2001 and later opened Relentless Souls Inc., a fitness and health services provider, located in Allentown, PA. He and his wife of 17 years still practice Combocising two to three times a week.
