"Unforgettable. Fay Robinson made me laugh and made me cry. A wonderful love story… I wish it hadn't ended." - Lindsay McKenna

A famous man…and his brother

Kate Morgan is committed to writing the definitive biography of singer-songwriter James Hayes, who died in an airplane crash six years ago. James had been an icon for his generation, and he'd had an important influence on Kate.

His brother, Bret Hayes, refuses to be interviewed, refuses to talk to her. The tragedy changed his life, too. He only wants to be left in peace, breeding horses on his Alabama farm.

Bret and Kate clash because she won't give up. There are simply too many questions, not enough answers. And the more she investigates, the less she seems to learn—about James. But his brother…well, she's falling in love with the reclusive, uncooperative, mysterious Bret. Which is the one thing that's not supposed to happen!

"Coming Home to You is a wonderfully moving story…I absolutely couldn't put it down." - Sharon Sala

Ever since Katherine Moss was nineteen, she idolized pop singer James Hays. Now that Katherine has won a Pulitzer, she feels adequate to write the definitive piece on her superstar who died in a plane crash.

However, no one amongst the Hays family will grant an interview with Katherine. In a final effort to save her pet project, she visits the horse-breeding farm of James' brother in Lochefuscha, Alabama. Bret refuses even though he believes Katherine is an honest and ethical journalist. Eventually, Katherine wears down Bret who opens up to her. As they work closely together, an attraction between them occurs. However, Katherine senses Bret is holding back so she in turn hesitates to commit to him until he proves he fully trusts her.

Fay Robinson writes stories that that defies simple categorization, leaving readers with powerful tales to savor. COMING HOME TO YOU is a beautiful poignant drama that has plenty of pleasant surprises for the audience. A master of misdirection, Ms. Robinson keeps her readers guessing what will happen next including wondering if the usual 'happily ever after' will happen in this novel. This story is one of the best contemporary romances of the year.
