As a rancher and having been around horses all my life, I believe this book will be helpful to all horse lovers. Mr. Bursey's many years of experience shows as he discusses many areas that are not found in most horse books. Each subject is short and to the point. The chapter from the horse's point of view is very funny and displays the author's knowledge of how a horse thinks. I will share this book with my friends.

Fred Bursey taught me things about horses that I never knew. This book is a must for any horse owner. If you are an old hand in the saddle or you are just starting out, this book will give you priceless information about your horse. I would strongly reccomend this book to agencies who teach classes on handling horses. This book is a winner. It will earn its place in your tack box.
