About the Author
Lee J. Cary received his B.N.S. and B.S. degrees from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts; his M.S.S. from the University of Buffalo in New York; and his Ph.D. from Syracuse University. He was Professor and Chairman of the Department of Regional and Community Affairs at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
