About the Author

Dr. Obi Ebbe, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at SUNY Brockport. He is a recognized expert in the field of criminology, quantitative methods, and international criminal justice. The author earned his Ph.D. in Sociology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1981. Dr. Ebbe is also a member of the American Society of Criminology, Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and International Police Executive Symposium.
