I was so wracked with anxiety and fear of life that I got to the point where I couldn't even handle being alone anymore. Thanks to this fine ebook I got control of myself again, physically and mentally, and am able to trust, relax and BE HAPPY again! YAY!!!

I really didn't find this book very useful. While these suggestions may work for some, in my situation this would only stress out the person having the panic attacks more. I did appreciate how upbeat the author was but doubt I will recommend this book to my relative with panic disorder .
