About the Author

Mark McKnow is the Player Development Coach for the Utah Jazz of the National Basketball Association and has been in the position since 1997. He has also worked with the New York Knicks in their training and preplayoff camps, as well as serving as president of Peak Performance Sport Health Inc. Prior to joining the Jazz he was an Assistant Athletics Director, Diretor of Sports Performance, and Adjunct Professor at the College of Charlston (NCCAA Div. 1), where he train athelts from 17 different intercollegiate teams.
