Most Helpful Customer Reviews
Bones are so often ignored. BUT, after reading this informative book, you will never again take your bone health for granted. Highly recommended to lay persons and professionals alike. It is like having the Doctor in the house answering all of your questions. There are enough visuals to help you keep it all clear in your mind. She even summarizes each topic with what she calls The Bare Bones, in case you missed the key points. You can pick and choose your chapters but I strongly recommend that you read it from front to back.
