I just received this book in the mail. I opted to rent instead of purchase because I am taking the Health and Wellness in an accelerated 8 week course. Unfortunately for me the text I rented is missing Wellness Plans (which are a required part of my weekly assignments) for chapters 8, 11,12,&13. I know it is used, however, I would have liked to know that these were missing! If it weren't for a helpful classmate I would have missed out on some crucial points for the class! So heads up to anyone looking to rent this!
