When a famous music producer moves to Lake Starlight it can't just be a coincidence. It's the universe helping to move things along in the right direction so that Griffin Thorne can discover me.

I have to confess—I'll do whatever it takes to make that happen.

Confession #1: I may have overhead that he was in search of a nanny. What can I say? My brother has a big mouth.

Confession #2: It's possible I helped along the assumption that I had nanny experience. Hey, babysitting my nieces and nephew counts, right?

Confession #3: There's a good chance I oversold my qualifications. But my Grandma Dori backed me up, so it's not completely my fault.

And it worked. He hired me. Only for me to find out that he left the business.
I guess it's on to Plan B.

When he accidentally overhears me singing, I expect nothing from him. Then he asks to work with me on a song for our town's Founder's Day Parade and it feels like a dream come true. Until...

Confession #4: I've fallen for him.

I fall more in love with this series, the Bailey’s and their circle of friends as I read each new addition. I adore small town romances and often find myself wishing that I could be a part of the Lake Starlight, Alaska community.     Whenever I pick up a Piper Rayne book about the Bailey’s I know there will be plenty of humour, family and romance. Confessions Of A Naughty Nanny is full of love, family fun shenanigans and ticked all the boxes for me. I love Phoenix and Griffin together, what an absolutely awesome pairing these two made. I also loved the relationship that Phoenix has with his son, Maverick(don’t call me Mav). Phoenix has always been the least successful Bailey(in her view) and having to return home after her singing career stalls, has left her with doubts and insecurities. Learning that Declan’s friend, ex music producer Griffin Thorne, has moved to Lake Starlight to start over, Phoenix is desperate to meet the man who could reignite her singing career, however Declan refuses to introduce her. Phoenix being the resourceful woman she is, manages to meet and get hired as a nanny for Maverick. I loved how feisty, spunky and determined Phoenix is, she is enthusiastic and yet underneath the surface is a woman who is extremely vulnerable. The banter between them had me almost in tears at times, such was the humour. The chemistry between the two is so intense, that you can almost feel the sparks flying. From start to finish, I was captivated by this story. There is so much to love about this story and I hate that we have to wait for so long for Juno’s story. As always Grandma Dori almost steals the book and it was wonderful catching up with the Bailey clan.

More than I expected! So you might think this story is cliche, but it was so much more. I have to admit that I haven't read all the Bailey sibling books, so at times - I was a little overwhelmed by all the characters, but Phoenix's light shone through and Griffin Thorne is just one heck of a man...what a mighty fine man. This book had heart, sizzle, deception, and some heartbreak. But through it all - the love of family is evident. If you are a fan of the series - I can't imagine that you don't absolutely fall in love with this story. Seeing Phoenix grow back into a confident woman with a loving man & his son by her side - so heartwarming. It was a quick read and makes me want to start at the beginning! I voluntarily requested and read an advance reader copy.

Confessions of a Naughty Nanny is about giving love a second chance! This book will have you falling in love with the Bailey family all over again. If only they really existed, I'd move to Alaska in a heartbeat! I know Piper Rayne loves to mess with my heart, and this was no different. There are moments when I wanted to message them and threaten bodily harm if I didn't get a happy ending, but I've learned to trust the process. As usual, you get all the Bailey clan in this one and it's always like attending a family reunion! I love the family dynamics and each book just gets better and better. I can't wait for the next one!

I adored this book! I’m giving it 5 out of 5 stars. This review is for an ARC, and reflects my honest opinion. First, I want to say that single parent/nanny romances are one of my absolute favorite tropes, so I was beyond excited to get my hands on this book. Also I enjoy a good age gap romance, and these two characters had about 11 years between them. Once again, we saw quite a bit of the Baileys, but not too much. I think that was mostly due to Phoenix being on the outskirts of her family, especially with her twin across the country. While Griffin doesn’t completely sound like my type physically (I’m not into long hair for guys), I swooned over him. We didn’t see his past life much, but I loved how he decided to move to give his son Maverick a better life. I would have preferred seeing them bond a little more, but regardless, I loved the relationship Phoenix developed with Maverick while she was his nanny. Phoenix was someone I wasn’t sure I would like going into this book initially. She seemed like a brat in previous books, but that was just the way her family saw her, as the black sheep. When she found her place in life (with Griffin and Maverick), she flourished. We got to see inside her head and heart, and I absolutely loved her character. She was like me in some aspects (baby of the family, loved to sing, etc.), but her being an extrovert, and wanting to be a star were major differences between us. Overall, I highly recommend this book, and series. I will be impatiently waiting for the final 3 books (and novella) to come out, especially after that cliffhanger of an ending. I need my next fix of this family ASAP!

You know when they say they save the best for last??? Well this is so true for Phoenix’s book! Goodness me! The youngest sibling in the Bailey family is definitely something else!! Talk about sizzling tension up the wazoo??!! But Phoenix is vulnerable and so unsure of herself, it makes me love her so much more! What woman doesn’t feel like that in some way at some point in her life? Can Griffin help Phoenix soar?? This book had everything you could want to make a great story and it made me want to find this town and live there! The support the Bailey family give each other and those close to them is nothing short of extraordinary and Grandma Dori being the matriarch has her part too! So flipping amazing, I laughed, shed a few tears and loved everything about this book! So very excited for more of this series and what else is in store from this amazing duo of authors! Each book just gets better and better! Great work ladies!!!

This series, this family makes me fall more in love with them after every book. The unbreakable bond that has formed with these siblings from such a heartbreaking tragedy is incredible! Phoenix is one of the youngest Bailey's and the one whose dream to make it in L.A. as a singer came to a screeching halt. Griffin Thorne is the famous music producer whose had enough of the L.A. scene and decided to raise his son in Alaska. Phoenix just wants Griffin to hear her sing but what happens when a little white lie backfires? What happens when you fall for the cliche? I loved this book so much....I laughed as usual with Grandma Dori and her antics, empathetic to Phoenix's vulnerable side, frustrated with Griffin's cynical side..... the storyline was captivating and left me wanting so much more! If you haven't started the Bailey's yet, what are you waiting for?? This is a series I highly recommend!

Another enjoyable book by Piper Rayne! This is the sixth book in the Bailey series that are centered on the nine Bailey siblings in a small Alaskan town. What is fun with this series is that the authors tackle a different romance trope in each book. This book centers around Phoenix Bailey, the youngest (along with twin sister Sedona) of the Bailey clan. Phoenix is a bit adrift, she tried to make it in LA as a singer, but came back to Lake Starlight with her tail between her legs. After trying her hand at the various family businesses, she cannot seem to find her place. When she happens upon Griffin Thorne, Lake Starlight’s newest resident, and former music producer, she may have exaggerated her child caring background to finagle a job as Griffin’s sons nanny. This sets up the forbidden Nanny trope (as well as the forbidden friend’s younger sister trope). Griffin and Phoenix are both likable characters and their romance was fun to follow. What kept this from being a five star read for me was that I felt that the romance was a bit rushed. I would have liked a little more interaction between Griffin and Phoenix to see the love develop. Overall it is a great read in a fun series. I received an ARC of this book from the author for my honest review.

Loving the Bailey's and Lake Starlight. A new year and a new book from the fabulous duo authors, Piper Rayne. This book was a wonderful start to this year’s offering from Lake Starlight and the Bailey clan. We’re now on book six and it’s Phoenix’s turn. She and her twin sister Sedona are the youngest of the nine siblings and Phoenix is the most headstrong out of them all. She is tired of being looked upon as a failure by her brothers and sisters and just wants her one moment in the spotlight. But, L.A, didn’t supply her dream and she had to return home, now she’s just aimlessly going from one job to another. Until she discovers that Griffin Thorne is coming to town. Forget Santa, Griffin is the man who Phoenix would write her list to if only Devon would give her his address… or phone number!! Griffin is a big-time music producer… or he was until he decided to leave it all behind and come stay in Alaska. He’s a single dad and needs a nanny for his young son, Maverick. In a quirk of fate, the pair meet in the bakery and before he knows what hit him, Griffin is offering the nanny position to Phoenix. She’s more than happy to accept, and secretly hopes he hears her singing and will help make her dreams come true. But, as time passes, their initial attraction only grows stronger and eventually becomes impossible to ignore. This is a sweet, sexy and steamy story. Phoenix is sassy and snarky, headstrong and bold but still really just a young woman and puts a lot of faith in Griffin. He’s eleven years older, and in some ways, he’s jaded, but he’s vulnerable too, and when he does hear Phoenix sing he can’t help but want to see her star shine. But what happens when the snow-covered slopes of Alaska are exchanged for the sandy beaches of L.A? Find out when you One-Click your copy of Confessions of a Naughty Nanny. P.S. I adored the epilogue, I was so happy and tears were running down my cheeks by the time I had finished it. I loved catching up with all the Baileys and Gram’D. I can’t wait for the next book. Bring it on, Juno!!

Phoenix has been wanting her brother Denver to introduce her to his friend Griffin Thorne for years and he's always refused to but now is her chance, Griffin is moving to their quaint little town of Lake Starlight with his son and his looking for a nanny. No, Phoenix isn't a nanny she has dreams of becoming a singer but she can watch a eight year old kid while his dad helps her dreams come true can't she. This story was so much fun I didn't want it to end. The chemistry was great and I absolutely loved the way Phoenix became momma bear when Maverick was having trouble at school. Oh and Maverick totally stole my heart, just don't call him Mav ;) This series has been so much fun to read. I am always looking forward to the next book and I am sad that there are only a few more of the Bailey siblings to go, Phoenix was #6 out of 9 to find her HEA....what are we going to do when they are all happily married off with kids??? Well, I really do hope Piper and Rayne have plans to revisit them every now and then. This book as well as the series is one I would highly recommend to all contemporary romance book lovers as well as those who enjoy ROM-COM. Phoenix and Griffin's story is a May/December romance (age gap) as well as a Boss/Employee Romance so if either of those tropes interest you I would recommend this book as well. Each book can be read as a standalone but for the full enjoyment of the family dynamics I would highly recommend reading the series in order. Happy Reading!!! **I have voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book for my Blog, Nadine's Obsessed with Books**

4.5 stars Confessions of a Naughty Nanny by Piper Rayne was so, so good. From the first page I was hooked, the storyline is entertaining from start to end. I enjoyed getting to spend time will all the Bailey's and their partners and I especially enjoyed watching Phoenix and Griffin's relationship unfold. I loved them together, they made me swoon, they made me laugh and they made me sigh. These two share something special, they have respect for each other and unconditional love that most of us dream of. I also loved Maverick, Griffins adorable 8 year old son, he was smart, funny and not shy to tell you how he was feeling lol I'm a huge fan of this series, I've enjoyed watching the Bailey siblings find their happily ever after and I truly recommend them all.

I love being immersed in the world of Lake Starlight and the Bailey family!  The only thing missing was the Buzz Wheel stories, but I have a feeling the author is about to come to light soon! This is Phoenix's story, she is the youngest of the Bailey clan and a self-proclaimed black sheep. I love her tough exterior and her sassy attitude.  But I also empathize with her fragility and her bucking the trend and becoming something of her own. Now I know this is Phoenix and Griffin's story, but it is so much more.  I love how each story in this series brings us closer and closer to the whole Bailey clan.  The heartbreak and the happiness. Yes there is a bit of an age gap between Griffin and Phoenix, but come on, it's not that big of a gap and they fit each other so well.  I enjoyed seeing Griffin's passion for music and his passion for Phoenix come to the forefront of this story. I also wanted to shake him and smack him upside the head for making decisions that were not his alone to make, but all comes through at the end! Readers, do yourself a favor and get this book and all the books in the Baileys series.

**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review** Confessions of a Naughty Nanny was another entertaining and awesome visit with our favorite family in Alaska! Phoenix has always been the Bailey that hasn't quite found her way. She and her twin sister Sedona are the youngest of the nine Bailey siblings and Phoenix is tired of always being looked at as a failure by the rest of her siblings. Her dream is to make is as a singer, but is that really going to happen when she's already been to LA and was forced to come home? Griffin Thorne needs a change. After years in the music business and the hustle and bustle of LA, not to mention a plane crash that had his life flashing in front of his eyes, he's ready to spend time with his son and in order to do that, they move to Lake Starlight, Alaska where he knows he'll be far away from the spotlight. When they arrive in Alaska, Griffin knows he needs to find nanny for his eight year old, Maverick. When a chance encounter puts Phoenix, Griffin and Maverick all in the same place, and Phoenix learns what Griffin is looking for, she agrees to be Maverick's nanny and in turn hopes that maybe, just maybe, getting close to Griffin will help her get the break she's always wished for. While Phoenix might not have been the traditional choice for a nanny, it turns out she and Maverick have a very sweet bond and she seems to be the best thing for him. As Griffin and Phoenix begin to spend more time together, the sparks begin to fly. While there are plenty of things that the two of them see as potential stumbling blocks, their connection is undeniable. Will the things that they were so concerned with end up causing issues in the end, or will these two unlikely matches have found their person where they least expected it? I love the Bailey family to pieces. It was nice to hear about what was going on with other members of the family and Grandma Dori was up to her usual antics, which always make it entertaining! This was a fantastic addition to the series and I can't wait for the next book. Piper Rayne definitely left us wondering how things are going to go when we revisit Lake Starlight!

He's lost his spark. She's caught his fire. When a little white lie ignites an explosive attraction, it's inevitable that someone is going to get burned. Phoenix and Griffin are quite a pair. The single dad who has lost his way and the dreamer hoping to make her dreams come true. When opportunity knocks neither is ready for the fireworks, but they're bound to enjoy the ride. Rayne struck a chord with the poet in me with Confessions of a Naughty Nanny. From sinfully, naughty to hilariously, funny and heartachingly, delicious, Phoenix and Griffin hit all the right notes with my heart.
