Since opening its doors in 2010, The Opportunities Project has helped over 1,000 individuals reach career success through speaking engagements, workshops, and one-on-one and group coaching, and helped organizations hire nearly 900+ new team members through its consulting services. She has consulted on educator recruitment in California, New Jersey, Louisiana, Massachusetts and a growing list of other states.

Before launching her own company, Tracy worked in recruitment for over a decade, including managing the hiring process for over 5,000 annual teacher vacancies as Director of Teacher Recruitment for the New York City Department of Education, one of the largest employers in the United States. During her tenure, Tracy's team placed second in the annual Best Employer Brand contest sponsored by ERE, an international recruitment association.
