At midlife, most women have moments when they are sure they've lost their minds. But is it A.G.E. or is it ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)? Take from a woman who lived forty-five years with undiagnosed ADD, there is a lot of overlap–memory lapses, brain fog, sleepless nights. In this engaging and refreshingly honest book, the author shares her very personal and often humorous journey as she as she comes out of her (cluttered) ADD closet to share the highs and lows of life in the non-linear, spontaneous, creative lane. Written in ADD-friendly style with lots of white space and illustrations scattered throughout, Confessions of an ADDiva is and easy read with a big message.
