I rarely read reviews, nor do I write one and forgive me for using this book’s reviews to do something like this on, but I have to say thank you. I want to say thank you to whoever mentioned Chef Jai's Conquer Your Kitchen and the cookbook, Simple, Healthy and Delicious. I bit and bought both on Nook. Both books are worth every penny. I already used what it taught me about the “no thank you” bites with my finicky four year old daughter from Conquer Your Kitchen and she actually finished her food without a problem for lunch and dinner today. The “trick” that Chef Jai mentions to get your family to eat healthier makes so much sense. I am glad somebody brought it to light. I will be using that too on my next shopping trip. Also, I already tried the Cauliflower Mac N’ Cheese for lunch from her cookbook, Simple, Healthy and Delicious and it was soooooo good. That is what I was trying to get my daughter to try with me. Even she loved it. While I wait for my hardback copy of the book that I saw the review on, you know what I will be reading. I ordered the paperback copies of Chef Jai’s two books for Mother’s Day gifts. So thank you again!

I wish I had this book about ten years ago. For every cookbook out there, there has never been one that focuses on food safety. This book will help a lot of people.

I had to buy my mother and my sisters a copy of this book. I have been following it for the last week and I don't know how I lived without it. I did not know about what Chef Jai said about what happens when you mixed your fruits and vegetables and why some tend to ripen faster than others. Good information. I highly recommend this book. It is worth every penny.

Did I tell you how much I love this book? I do. This book is filled with so many great ideas and helpful advice to keep you safe in the kitchen. It is worth every penny! Love it! Buy it!

For a person who only reads through an Nook or Kindle App, this book was disappointedly transposed from print to digital. It drives me nuts to have sentences/paragraphs cut off and not read as if I'm reading the book. My suggestion is that if it cannot be viewed in a manner similar to the physical book, don't sell it for more than $5.

The art work on the cover of this book was stolen from another book by Karen Le Billion titled French Kids Eatg.Eat Everything. Sarah Jane Studios did not give permission for this art work to be used on Conquer Your Kitchen... I would not purchase a book by an author who steals from others hard work!
