About the Author
C. K. Hersh lives in Portsmouth, Virginia, in a historic neighborhood. He enjoys his time with his wife and two children. From an early age, he wanted to be a physician, and he currently practices orthopedic hand surgery in Norfolk, Virginia. He has worked in the United States Navy and has served as a business consultant. A runner and novice triathlete, heÂ's also a cancer survivor who lost both his parents in a short period. His experiences in his forties set him on a journey of self-discovery and growth that he shares through sports analogies that help others learn to enjoy each moment of life and realize increased peace.
