The only problem with they Series , and it is necessary to read them in order, is getting used to and understanding the whole new culture of the aliens. There is a lot going on here and T Zahn handles it very well. The series starts with the humans as the main characters and ends with the aliens being so. An enjoyable read.

A reasonably entertaining conclusion to the tale. Some substandard writing can be forgiven in light of the enjoyable, if not particularly complex or innovative, plot.

This was one of the most stunning and intriguing trilogies I have ever read. This one was my favorite of the three in the conguerors' Trilogy. It has stories from both sides.(The familiar human side and the intriguing alien side.)

I REALLY enjoyed this trilogy. It is very rare for an author to describe a war situation where you have sympathy for both sides and can become so intrigued by the characters. Not only is the story involving (I read all three books in less than a week--couldn't put them down!), but the moral message of the book is enlightening (if you're into that sort of thing). Zahn is a very talented writer.
