Contemplative Moments

There are moments when we reflect and contemplate on life, trying to understand issues in our challenging world. In some of the author’s reflective poems, she expresses and gives insight into these times … some to motivate the reader’s conscience into action. About the Author

My poems are influenced by experiences from work, observations on life and its issues, travels and the arts. Some of my interests include music, theatre, poetry and literature. Words have always fascinated me. Poetry as an art form inspires one to reflect on life, character and morals. It is also enchanting, thought provoking and is healing.

I believe there are many beautiful things in this world to appreciate and enjoy.

Trained in the UK, as a health professional, I have also worked in Australia and Malaysia.

I am delighted that my second book "Seeds Of Love" was runner-up in the 2016 eFestival Of Words while my fifth book "Contemplative Moments" was a finalist in the 2017 edition of the eFestival.
