This book is worth reading if you are in a relationship and wondering about getting married. Too many couples now disregard marriage, wind up using contraception (like IUD), and then purposely abort healthy pregnancies, which often leads to medical (and emotional) complications for women later on. On pages 46 and 47, the author points out the very high correlation between women who are using contraception that month and who then get an abortion (54%). Again, this is a book unwed couples would benefit reading, since it discusses topics they are probably familiar with, and could learn more about.
