Fairly interesting, if somewhat fantastic. I hope Sei finds her daughter, but am not curious enough to purchase what should have been the second half of this half finished story.

Well written thriller. Kept me on the edge of my seat. Would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't left us hanging at the end.

This is the first in about 5 books in the Sei Assassin series. Sei is an Asian assassin for hire. At the outset Sei has retired from the field to mourn the loss of a daughter who died at birth. Holds your attention with characters totally believable. The first book ended with a cliffhanger. Can't wait to see how this saga unfolds and completes itself.

Very interesting and I loved the suspense!

Enjoyed this book very much. A well developed character on believable action scenes. I would have preferred a slightly different ending, but it didn't alter the fact that I enjoyed reading this book.

A great book filled with action and without the usual empty decriptions used to fill the pages. A must read.

Considering how many people were killed in this book via knives, guns, c-4, this was actually not a gory book. Of which I appreciated. Even though the quest is still open, I feel like I can either read the sequels, or not.

A good mystery and page turner, however mid way thru the book pages were out of order had to back up several pages 3 times to have that chapter in order, this continued to the end, so read and enjoy, but watch those pages...

Well developed characters. Good story line with many twists and turns. Unfortunately, the story didn't end... it just stopped. Not interested in authors who try to force you to by the next book in a series. When an author does this, I don't buy any series books from that author. Too bad, actually, as this author writes exceptionally well

This was an excellent read. I'm looking forward to books 2-4. I'm surprised there haven't been more reviews to date. It's a very fast paced book and kept me hooked and I finished in 3 days. Hard to do since I have very limited free reading time. I've burned through the Jacks...Ryan and Reacher and was looking for something to engage me the same way. Sui it is. Great read!
