Meet the Author

Amanda Grant is a broadcaster, food writer, and mother of three young children Ella, Lola, and Finley. She has written several books, mostly specializing in children’s food and nutrition including Grow It, Cook It for Kids and Healthy Lunchboxes for Kids for Ryland Peters & Small. She writes the Junior food pages for British delicious magazine and contributes to other magazines and newspapers. Amanda is heavily involved in the first ever dedicated Children’s Food Festival and travels the UK teaching children about good food and nutrition. Her television credits include her own series Power Food, appearances on BBC2’s Food and Drink, and GMTV’s “Back to School Campaign.”
