I found the Complete Meals in Minutes to be a poor selection for most of the reasons I purchased it. The cover and presentation is that this book is an economical, efficient, and quick method of delivering complete meals. I found this book to be none of the above. This is a cookbook for a single person or a married couple with no children. The individual who will benefit best from this book would be single or with a significant other, with no children. The individual who would benefit best would not be living on a budget or enjoy an active life style. Finally a person who benefits most from this book would not have a busy schedule in the evenings. If you do not fit this description, then move on, because this is not for you. Healthy family of 4 with no overweight issues and no overeating issues. Result is that may entries became very costly with a lot of food wastage. Many of the serving sizes were insufficient cause additional cooking to meet the required nutrition needs. Allotted times are not even close to being accurate, the vegetarian section was loaded up with a lot of carbohydrates and the meals were not complete. I would not recommend this book for anyone cooking for a family who is on a tight schedule.
