I am a foodie, but with the summer months, I don't want to spent a lot time in the kitchen so this book has been a huge help. I am able to make good food and super quick that won't crash my weight loss plans. Fave breakfast: Caprese Eggs Benedict with Pesto "Hollandaise." Fave lunch: BBQ Chicken Banh Mi & Mango Chicken Salad, Fave treat: baklava bites, Fave dinner: Pizza Dopiazza. I'd also recommend that you pick up a copy of a book called Conquer Your Kitchen. It is filled with a bunch of kitchen hacks that will help you master cooking. I was afraid of my crock pot until I read that book. I use it all the time now. Anyway, good luck.
