I have had such fun with this cookbook - I find myself making lists and buying groceries for recipes to try before I can even eat them! The suggested sides with the main course meals are tasty too and are very versatile. Sometimes I slow down the preparation time because I want to do something the 'long' way (eg. use regular brown rice instead of instant). The preparation times are definitely 'right on' for week night meals, but most recipes are impressive and delicious enough for company. I'm finding myself recommending this cookbook and its recipes to everyone I know. Other advantages: the photos are beautiful and most recipes are easy to tweak for various tastes and the number you need to feed.

I have many cook books but this is one of the few which gives me the information that I need for Weight Watchers. Because they list the items need by weight watchers I can compute the points for each meal and it has helped me lose almost 40 pounds in the last 4 months. The recipes are easy to follow and the food is great tasting.
