I need photos! Besides, this book has way too many ingredients that I have never heard of and that's a problemn overall. I must admit that I am quite new to vegetarian cooking but I have been cooking quite a bit, teaching also, for 30 years and I would have had to spend an additional $100 to buy all of the unusual ingredients for these recipes. Not my favorite :-(

What a book! Easy to follow instructions that turn out fantastically delicious, nutritious meals! My only thought is to double the ingredients because it is so good, everyone eating will want more!

These are excellent recipes with less Asian influence than traditional macrobiotics. She has a recipe for 'Wilted Greens' that is fabulous. My 7 year old son asks for seconds every time! (He never would eat kale before.)

i am surprised by all the faux meats she uses - i have read some not so good things about the use  too much soy and she uses a lot of soy - i  agree with her on the dairy - but i cant help but wonder if a  little of the real thing (ie real organic meat) is better than all that soy meat.

I have a hard time with a cook book that calls itself "Cooking the Whole Foods Way" and then includes fake meats and cheeses. Those are not whole foods. The recipes I have tried that did not include such ingredients have been good.
