Okay, if you can't cook, you need this book. I'll admit flat out that I commonly survive off of sandwiches and cereal, because hey, I'm a busy girl, and I don't have time to make healthy meals, because obviously every healthy meal takes about two hours and tastes like lettuce, right? So wrong. First of all, this book has some AMAZING recepies you'd never think you could make on a college (or any form of restrained) budget. Gnocchi soup isn't just for those rare trips to Olive Garden anymore, people - you can make it at home for a reasonable price and impress your roommates, friends, and significant other! Each of the recipes in this book includes icons that tell you all about the recipe at a glance: easy, fast, glutten free, dairy free - these are especially important to me since I have friends with a lot of dietary restrictions. The recipes are creative and DELICIOIUS. I have by no means made all of them, but the ones I've had are soooo tasy - ranging from lasagna soup, to piadinas, to scholarship brownies. This book covers all the main meals and then even includes snacks and drinks. Okay, I could keep going, but I'll stop gushing about this book so you can go pick up your own copy.
