I bought one of these for my daughter in law for Christmas as she is a busy Mom and they are trying to eat healthier (not always easy to do both). She did nothing but rave about the recipes in this book. I started to copy some down one day and realized that they ALL looked so good that I just went out and bought 2 more copies - one for me and one for my other son. Anybody can make these recipes and Trader Joes makes healthy eating so easy - you know just what to grab and they actually have a menu planner for a full 2 weeks of menus with a grocery list!! There is also a vegetarian trader joes cookbook and I will have to check that one out too. And it does give recipe modifications for gluten free and vegan when it can. Obviously I love it and would recommend it. But I also have a Trader Joes in the neighborhood which helps.
