Tonnie Stowers Jackson is a resident of Upstate South Carolina. For many years, her home was Washington, DC. As a tenacious reader, Ms. Jackson developed a personal library that fueled her interest in many subject areas. She further exercised this interest by serving as a Union President and executive board member to several organizations over the years.
