Margaret Frances (Dolly Belin) Soboslay grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, raised by beloved Grandparents. Graduated from Sacred Heart High School and attended Allegheny Community College and attended Carlow College. Mother of six daughters, eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

In 2006, published AN OLD-FASHIONED PITTSBURGH ROMANCE, a story about her Mom and Dad, and the Civilian Conservation Corps, which takes place during the depression era of 1934 in Pittsburgh and the Lock Haven and Loganton area in the central forests of Pennsylvania.
