i got this book last night after getting fed up with my mom nagging me about not being fit, not being in shape, and getting of my booty.. So i went to barnes and noble and got this.. Ten bucks and i already see results from last nights late night work out.. they have the basics pushups, crunches and squats but all in different variations. The book begins with stretches that increase your flexibility and stretch your muscles out for the workout.. the section also covers toning, yoga, hiking and running. At the bottom of most pages are tips and tricks like what to eat, (it tells you how you can eat chocolate the next sections are the fun ones.. Cardio workouts include moves from broadway, moves to do to punk music, bollywood dancing, kickboxing and reggaeton dance moves.. The toning section has a weight machine tutorial, core strengthening work outs, ab work out(i did that last night and i already see a flatness that wasn't there yesterday afternoon), boxing, how to work out before getting out of bed, leg workouts, how to get jennifer anistons arms, beyonce's legs and butt, and jessica alba's abs- straight from their trainer. The next section is my favorite. it has work outs plans that extend for four months, plans that are specifically for looking good in your prom dress, theres different workouts for different dresses, bathing suit boot camp and workouts to make your jeans look good on you.. every workout has pictures of what to do, and most have pictures of how NOT to do it.. alot of things require equiptment but can be easily accessed (tennis ball, weights, tape etc etc) anyway this is an amazing book for teenage girls out there who are bored of the gym and want to get fit while having fun and looking great.. I highly recommend it

First off, I ahve to say that the review before mine did a great job of covering everything the book offers - I absolutely love this book! I'm 20, and I've become very passionate about exercise the past couple years, and I think this book is great - I want to try almost all of the routines, and the layout is very visually appealing. I use some of the moves to create my own routine, but I do intend to follow some of the actual plans, like the 4-month one. I also love that there are several yoga routines. The cardio routines look fun; I like that there is a variety - several dance ones, kickboxing, and even one based on cheerleading! I've been doing exercises from the book for the past two weeks, and I feel it - I personally love feeling sore after a workout, and the moves from this book make that happen. This book is wonderful - I recommend it to any teens and young adults who are interested in fitness!

I just absolutely love this book. It has so many great excersice plans it's hard to choose. They got workouts for everybody, even if your not a huge fan of excersice they still have some pretty fun workouts. I use this book all the time and I highly recommend it!
