These empowering short stories are wonderful to show the reader what it means to move forward in life fearlessly. We will immediately be able to stop doing those things that we have been conditioned to do which are holding us back. Reclaim our birthright to be free and start living our authentic lives. It's found by discovering authentic peace of mind, a level of higher consciousness that is free no matter what happens in our lives. We are free to be the unique people we all are and fulfill our unique purpose that we were created for. Success is from the inside-out, not monetary or material gain. A revelation!

A very good book on pointing out how we become so set in our ways that we do not recognize our behavior.

After reading the previous reviews, I wondered if the other readers and I had read the same book. Generally, the writer simply rambles on never coming to a real or sensible point. He tells stories that have no meaning and uses analogies that make little to no sense. In a nutshell, the author is trying to be deep and lead us towards wisdom but he falls exceedingly short. Tripe.

Guy Finley, in his gentle but powerful way, reminds you of your original self - the you that is free from fear, worry and pain - the person you were meant to be. By reliving the past, you're powerless to change a present misunderstanding, Finley teaches, which frees you to have the courage to be your authentic self. It's not about being right, but instead living as a friend of truth. Life never travels the same roads twice, Finley says, and as I read this compact book, I found myself slowing down, realizing that rushing doesn't serve who I am. Finley gently points a finger at my heart, reminding me to seek myself within. - Vicky Thompson, New Connexion Journal
