About the Author

Andrew Lewand was born and raised in Fairport, New York, which is a suburb of Rochester. He is married, and has two children. He enjoys sports and is a Physical Education teacher and lacrosse coach at Fairport Central Schools. Lewand's fascination with predators began when he was a student at SUNY Cobleskill majoring in Fisheries & Wildlife Technology.
