I found that the chapter reviews in this book were very skimpy and elementary. Many of the detailed questions I saw on the actual Bio SAT II were not covered in this book. Thankfully, I also studied with Barron's preparatory book (which I strongly recommend... It may be very detailed, but at least all of the information needed for the exam is covered). I ended up with a 690, which I wasn't too thrilled about... If you're aiming for higher than me, do yourself a favor and bypass this book -- Head straight for Barron's.
if you dont want to spend a lot of time preparing for the SAT II Bio, then this is the perfect book for you. it contains most of the important concepts that you need to grasp in order to score high, but not all of them.
