About the Author

Jerry Schreur is a marriage and family counselor, educator, and researcher. He has a Ph.D. in family studies and is the coauthor of five books and coproducer of several video series, all relating to building strong families. Judy Schreur is a professional manager (retired), a humorist, and a motivatonal speaker. She has been a featured speaker at the Time Out for Women national conference. Jerry and Judy have five grandchildren. Erin Schreur, a graduate of Lewis & Clark College, is a development assistant at the University of Chicago, working with alumni relations.
