The Creative Mind of A Poet by Jessica Robbins

Through the years of my life, poetry has given me such a huge release of expression. Whether it is positive or negative, poetic verse actually describes what, how and when a feeling has been captured then taken over by the human mind. The poetry in this book can be related to by teens, young adults and college students.

About the Author

Jessica Pacquita Robbins was born June 30, 1992 at The Down State Medical Center in Brooklyn New York. Due to a traumatizing relationship with her mother, she knows first hand what it feels like to feel down, unappreciated, and unwanted. Raised by her grandmother, Jessica has always aspired to seek more, be more, and achieve more. She has been an A student for fourteen years and is now attending The Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin since September 2010. Jessica plays basketball, sings, dances and now she has become an author. Her goal is to uplift anyone who feels inadequate and inferior with a simple kind word and kind deed. Sky is the limit for this up and coming poet.
