Finally!!! there is a book about credit and collections for the trucking industry. I have been looking for a book like this for years, and all I found was books about collections in general. I needed a book with information and tips more specific for our industry. I was pleased to find and learn more about the Bill of lading and the FMCSA Regulations and specially for more possibilities we have to collect our bills. We will definetly include collection fees in our tariff rules - Thanks! We do a lot of business with mexican companies or spanish speaking customers in the United States, the letter templates in spanish will come in handy. This book is a must have for everyone in the credit and collections department, regardless of their experience. I highly recommend it!
