This is a captivating psychological thriller.Very interesting plot. What you would expect from a writer like Patricia Highsmith .The ending is left to the reader`s imagination though.Try it!.I`m not going to spoil the fun!...

I have no idea why this book was written. Boring, pointless, and I got to page 88, and couldn't go any further. Don't bother.

This book starts out with twists and turns that you never expect and continues to the end. It kept me reading into the night. I highly recommend "The Cry of the Owl". It won't disappoint.

Highsmith in her element - pulling you. Into the psychopathy of her protagonist in a way to compelling to put down until the last page.

Very strange from start to finish. Usually i would not finish a book like this but it was such a weird story that I did. Even the ending was strange. The main character,Robert, was such a wimp and pathetic.
