The book, Cupping Therapy for Muscles and Joints by Kenneth Choi has been a favorite of mine since I got in the mail! I love cupping and use it for all sorts of problems, but when starting out it's hard to know not how to use them, but where to place them. So to have a visual guide like this book beside me, while performing some cupping therapy, is awesome! The images are fully colorful and huge enough to make out what the reader needs to do next with the classic, glass style or silicone cups, which I have. There are so many ways this is used to heal and cure the body naturally. This is something I love because it doesn't really cause a leftover scar or puncture marks like many other surgeries or devices may on the skin. However, the book does explain and I know from experience, there is a red mark that may develop or bruise if used too much on the skin. There are details on why and precautions before using these cups on the skin. Though to me, the redness is normal and fades after a while, but the results are what I really do enjoy and it's like instant! Plus, this book is a great way to prevent doing things wrong and not wreck the body, but learn how to cure and care for it better. Another thing I do love is that this isn't a huge book and yet has so many photos and guides to perform cupping healing practices. One of these would be to heal an annoying itch, that I hate having, eczema, which I suffer from time to time and hate it. However, the steps to fix it has been a blessing and super helpful in the long run. There are so much more that can be done, which are many most common problems many faces yearly. Therefore, I'm very glad that I have this book and each of these cupping procedures is easy to follow with visual images and simple steps. One last thing, I wish they sold these with every set of cupping set, that is how good it is! "I received a free copy of the book in exchange for writing a review"
