Dr. Tracy Andrus is a college administrator and criminologist. Dr. Andrus has attended served as a college administrator for over ten years and is very active in policy reform in higher education through his work with the Council Oh Higher Education Solutions For Adults (CHESA). Dr. Andrus is Married to Dr. Sonya Burnett-Andrus and have three children.
