This is an interesting read involving the story behind cutters, self mutilation; the pain, anguish and and sorrows involved. Charity Graff is the 19 year old protagonist of the story. Because she is unable to voice herself or reach her distant father, she writes her story to her father, perhaps hoping one day, he will read it. Very poignant story.

I absolutely recommend this book for anyone who has ever gone through this. Her descriptions of how it feels to cut yourself is spot on.

Can we just say how much I can relate to this? This book was truly amazing, because I finally understood myself. As a depression patient, this book was amazing.

From the first chapter I found myself completely enraptured with the story and finished it in one sitting. The character felt scary real to me. I am Charity or maybe Charity is me? Its one of the more personal or realistic books out there on cutting.
