An emergency occurs. The cybermind has come, the world is changing, different worlds overlap, the virtual is indistinguishable from the real. One thing for sure: life is getting weird. A small band of characters attempt to deal with this change, and save the world; only they have different ideas of what saving the world might mean, or of what the world should be saved from. Cyberpunk-fantasy-new-age-airport-trash meets the Cthulhu mythos and Internet or media theory. This book contains some 'adult' language, references to sex, politics, religion and general philosophy, and tries to convey what it might be like to live online and to merge that life with life offline. "things are confusing and they only get worse".
