Infant log books for newborn! For one, your doctor will most likely ask you to keep track of how much they're eating/pooping, etc. Two, it's just nice to keep track of for your own benefit. When you're sleep deprived and adjusting to a new life, you're not going to remember the exact time you last changed her diaper or fed her. Charting is extremely helpful and will continue to be until she is sleep trained to sleep through the night.
There's subjects to help you keep track. It's so nice to be able to keep track of our daily activities such as bath time, church, visitors, etc. There's an additional space where you track how much I pump each day, as well as a
To-Do list that I mainly use for a shopping list.
Space for Child & Parent's name, address, Email, Phone, & a Baby Pic.
The "Journal" portion is a full pg (8.5 x 11) with columns/lines for Feeding / Diaper changes / Activities / Sleep / To Do List / Blank Columns (3) & Notes section.
Pretty Generic, but there are enough lines & space to tailor it to your needs.
