About the Author

In 1995, Rev. Robert L. Tasler, a pastor in the conservative church body, the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, saw the potential of email in reaching many people at once with Christian inspirational thoughts. That year he began writing WEEKLY MESSAGE, an original or edited devotional that continues to be sent to a growing list of several thousand people each week. In 2008, Rev. Tasler compiled and edited 365 WEEKLY MESSAGEs into DAILY MESSAGE. That work has now been revised into DAILY WALK WITH JESUS, a daily devotional to encourage readers and help them live their faith in Jesus Christ.
