Who doesn't love the romance of the old West? Vanessa Vale takes the sensual appeal of rugged cowboys a step further with her bestselling books set in the Montana Territory. They are much more than just sexy historical westerns. They're deliciously naughty reads that sometimes push the boundaries of fantasy. It's pure escapism with quite a few very hot, very alpha cowboys.
When she's not writing, Vanessa savors the insanity of raising two boys, is figuring out how many meals she can make with a pressure cooker, and teaches a pretty mean karate class. She considers herself to be remarkably normal, exceedingly introverted and fairly vanilla, which does not explain her steamy stories and her fascination with cowboys, preferably more than one at a time.
She lives in the Wild Wild West where there's an endless source of 'research' material.

He loves me not..........he loves me??? So if you haven't read the other books in the series Wildflowers of Montana, the first book is Rose however, Daisy could stand alone but to really get the feel and the full backstory start with Rose. Daisy is a young sweet thing that has a massive crush on the new town doctor. Daisy is a girl that would rather read and learn about the world than talk about dresses and hair ribbons. She gets herself into a bit of a mess and the good doctor was there to help nurse her back to health but in doing so it has left them both in a compromising position. The solution is an easy one however, Daisy has always wanted to marry for love not just to save her reputation and a hot Southern doctor with a drawl to swoon for career.......now she knows what her sisters have been talking about and Daisy would do just about anything for the good doctor that she hardly even knows. I thought that this is one is the best of the series so far. I love that it was different and loved the history of Ethan James and the Civil War. I may be a bit swoonish for Ethan James myself........I am looking forward to the next book in this series! I was given an copy of this book for a free and honest review
3.5* Another good addition to the Wildflowers of Montana series. I've enjoyed the other two books in the series that I've read and this one didn't disappoint. Daisy and Dr. Ethan James have really good chemistry and I liked the touch of dominance Ethan had over Daisy. Something they both needed and sought with out knowing. I can't wait to read the other books in the series.
I received a digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I discovered Vanessa Vale last summer, and it's been a wild ride since! Her books are hot, her characters are real, and her stories involving. Daisy is the fourth Wildflowers of Montana book, and I read it in basically one sitting. Daisy and her Doctor have immediate sparks, and they were flying! If you haven't read these books yet, you need to. But don't forget the fire extinguisher!
