Two women, different as night and day.
Tristana likes to keep to herself, devotedly working all day so she doesn't think about all she is missing in life.
Seraphina, shrouded in mystery, hunts at night, surreptitiously looking for someone good, noble, and honest, while proving to herself they don't exist.

Two men who won't succumb to failure.
After his brother's death, Peter spends his days trying to build a life as far away from the accusatory eyes of his hometown.
Nathan has a nightly obsession-Seraphina.

The truth that everyone is afraid to whisper.
As Peter starts to chip away at Tristana's walls, one dare unknowingly releases something he thought he lost long ago.
And as Nathan moves in on Seraphina, one lie breaks apart the foundation of everything he thought he knew.

Meet the Geminis.

This is my first read by this author and I must say I truly enjoyed it. I personally don't think the blurb does it justice but at the same time I can see now after reading the book that the author wanted there to be a ton of surprises and yes there was. There are multiple issues addressed during this book and all ones that need to be made and it was done well. I have to admit that I bawled like a baby during the reveal, the full details of what they dealt with individually all because of the actions of someone else was heart breaking. And Peter. The love the boy turned to man shows and the dedication is just well it just bout broke my heart. Tristana hmmm don't know for sure how I felt about her but I can't go into details without spoiling the story. She was the glue, the strength, the cover some of the stuff she did came out of left field but after the reveal it kind of made sense. I tell you it wasn't enough to change my view of the book. Like I said first time with this author. I do like her style and this book to me was a great blend of action and suspense and romance. The angst wasn't over the top and there wasn't a bunch of filler or fluff. Loved the characters for the most part and I guess you can tell I enjoyed the story.
