The book has provided supplementary information on how good we can maintain a good health for my ageing papa with the recent recommendation by his doctor to revise on the diet and reduce the high carbs and artificial foods that are mostly going to escalate his already poor healthy condition. Dash diet and Ketogenic has been on our list to help improve his diet.
