About the Author

Born in Ontario, Canada, Rita Toma was the fourth of eleven children. Throughout adult life she was surrounded by roommates, three children, and responsibilities that took her away from her goal to be a writer. Her dream was always "someday."
After raising her family, an opportunity arose to live and work in Arizona. Three years later Rita followed her dream and graduated from the advanced writing course at The Institute of
