A true and honorable start in the SF genre. The action scenes were were clean and straight forward. The soldiers need of their ladies support was refreshing. I look forward for the next addition. Especially in their race for technology, and their relationships.

First, I hesitated to go 4 stars instead of 3. The reason I did was because other than a storyline problem I have, all other areas that I typically consider, such as technical writing quality, errors, story idea, story telling ability, were all 4 star rating worthy. My problem was the inexplicable reason for U.S. based soldiers who showed exemplary conduct under fire, to be reassigned to another Country, and be under the command of a meglomaniac. Then add said commanders unneccessay decision to order a valuable ranking officer to commit suicide simply to ensure bombs go off, which could have been done remotely, just became a big story lane change that shouldnt have happened. Everything thereafter became less because of this. DMB
