amusing. I felt the story moved right along. a few misplaced commas, but for a free read what the hay! to the reviewers that say "I won't read this author again" how about giving some insight as to why! saying "OK" or "I won't read this author again" is not a review!!

I really liked this book except for the really, really dumb ecards. They were just plain bad. There was some editing problems, but nothing major. The two murders were not gruesome. There was not any cursing, sexual details (but there was sexual discussions) or religion. There were a lot of twists, turns and convolutions. I found this book to be entertaining. Whodunit was a bit predictable, it was who I thought it was, but I could not figure out whydunit. There was one incident which made no sense and did not add anything to the storyline, but this was not a biggie. I think this is more a women's book and suitable for ages 16 and up. AD

This is a very entertaining read. Loved the characters and the humor. I found I could easily identify with Molly and her brand of child raising and her thoughts and actions of an accidental sleuth.

I loved, loved, loved this cozy mystery and can't wait to read more books in the series. Leslie O'Kane has created some of the most amazing characters. Molly Masters is funny, realistic, and loveable. This is a book that you'll carry with you everywhere until you've finished reading it. If you love cozy mysteries, you're going to love this series!

I found this book very entertaining. I especially liked her e-cards as I am a fan of corny jokes and puns that make you groan. I didn't figure out who did it, which is always a plus.

Molly designs e-cards and is the mother of two grade-school children. She's moved into her parents' home while her husband is on an overseas assignment for a year. When she begins to get threatening emails and faxes, she wonders if a high school buddy (or two) might be responsible. Then the man next door is stabbed to death. Molly and his wife, who is the prime suspect, are best friends from the old days. Of course Molly has to investigate. The story was well told and the characters engaging. There were some editing problems, especially misplaced commas, but they weren't serious enough to stop me from reading. This is an enjoyable book.

It is hard to find a "who done it" that you can't figure out who yourself. This book keeps you in the dark until the last minute. The characters are amazing. She makes sure that they are real people dealing with real life while throwing in comedy and suspense.

I have been looking for some "who done it murder mysteries" that entertain without all the graphic sex, swearing and gore and found this book offered in my bookbub link. I am delighted with this book and would read other books written by this author and would look forward to other new works offered by her.

Cute, funny, and an all around fun book to read.  I've read 3 of her books and have enjoyed al of them.  I would suggest you read these books if you want light-hearted reading with mystery and suspense.

Cute, lighthearted who-done-it w/ no foul language or graphic sex. Not a deep mystery but definitely enjoyable.

Kept seeing myself in this story, as I usually think the way the main character thinks. So I loved it.

I enjoyed reading this cozy mystery. It was fairly fast paced, and I liked the writing style, despite some minor editing issues. The mystery is intelligent and complex and the characters well developed. Molly is very realistic and humorous. My primary complaint is that her ecards weren't very good, and it was impossible to believe her customers loved them so much, especially the very first sample each time. I look forward to reading the next book in this series. JB

Having moved "back home" to be nearer my elderly mother, I am going down memory lane with my old school chums, too. Fortunately, no one has been murdered in my little circle. But it is interesting how much our teen-selves and our adult-selves are so similar and yet so different. That was part of my enjoyment in reading this book. I must confess that I did not guess the murderer ahead of time either. That's unusual for me -- and fun!
