Deception by Sue Myers is a great mystery/thriller based in Chicago. Unfortunately, the current reviews are not for this book. They are for Deception by Deb Myers, a book that was published a few months later. So if you're looking for an exciting suspense story choose the Sue Myers book. If you're looking for a deaf girl's emotional journey, then switch to Deb Myers.
I definitely recommend this book to those who love suspenseful and mysterious - but "subtle" books. She done her homework to keep you wanting more and seeing what's next! It is very well written for all ages; and well adapted to fit in with many of the styles-however Fresh-and New. You cannot wait for what's around the next corner in her story! I cannot wait for her Second Book!
