THIN MINT COCKTAIL
Thin mints are a favorite among Girl Scout cookie aficionados, so this dessert cocktail made with a blend of crème de menthe and chocolate ice cream is sure to please your cookie-loving guests.
1 pint chocolate ice cream
1 cup cold whole milk
¼ cup crème de menthe
2 tablespoons vodka
1 cup ice
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
4 fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Put the ice cream, milk, crème de menthe, and vodka in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Add the ice and blend again until smooth. Pour into four rocks glasses, garnish with the chocolate shavings and mint sprigs, and serve.
