Kiersten Fay's Demon Possession was a FANTASTIC read! Don't worry if you're not a big Sci-fi reader like me because this book will draw you in from beginning to end. The characters are well developed and the story line is wonderful! The chemistry between Analia and Sebastian is undeniably sexy. I couldn't put this book down and when I had to go to work all I could think about is how I couldn't wait to come home and finish it. Fay's detailed description of the events and characters within the story sucks you into her world of fantasy, romance and adventure. Her writing is sexy and witty to say the least. She does a wonderful job teasing the reader with steamy tid bits here and there within the story. Her characters are extremely likeable and the dialogue between them is extremely funny. Fay also does a fantastic job conveying the different levels of relationships between Sebastian and Analia and Sebastian and his sister Sonya, his brother Cale and his friend Marik. Kiersten Fay's world within her book Demon Possession is interesting and surprisingly easy to read. Get possessed and pick up your copy of Demon Possession it's absolutely worth the read! Kiersten Fay is one of my new favorite writers. I can't wait for book #2, Demon Slave's debut.

This book is pretty respectable, felt pretty natural. I'm not a huge fan of *real* Sci-Fi stuff, and I read this for the love story, primarily. So I could only roll my eyes at a few parts where Fay laid it on pretty thick. That, however, is a personal preference. I really like Marik. I can't wait to read about him! I like Cale - his distrust was consistent and believable. I really, really like Sebastian. I occasionally really like Analia. And, as I said, the development felt largely natural. I think I'll probably (maybe) be re-reading this. *Also, I agree: this book desperately could use a proofreader.

Space Traveling Demons, a Mysterious Stowaway, and a Pirate Begin a Quest! I'm in love! I've found a new “Go To” author. That's right, this book is that good. When an author can take something or someone I consider intrinsically evil and make me want them as my newest book boyfriend, adoptive big brother, or new best friend; they have accomplished something major. Go Kiersten! And that's just the beginning. Not only do we have space traveling good guy demons. We have intrigue, mystery, and a quest. The mystery involves the heroine Analia (Anya to her friends), who has no idea where she comes from, who her people are, or how she ended up as a slave. She does know why Darius will do anything to get her back. Which is the reason he has kept her isolated most her life, because others would want to use her for her powers also. Needless-to-say when Anna gets free, everything is new to her. Sebastian fights an overpowering need to protect the stowaway he found on his ship. He has a hard time believing half the things she says, but her reactions support her words. Of course she could be a good actress. It doesn't help that his demon keeps saying “MINE”. The tension and chemistry between Anya and Bastian is instant, but plays well throughout the story. The storyline is progressive and encompasses the series not just this book. *Hint: You will want to buy the rest of the books in this series. This book wraps up Anya and Bastion’s romance, but it doesn't end their quest. Not that I consider this book a cliffhanger, I don't. It's just that more than one story is being told. And you will most definitely want to follow along. The world building is outstanding, to the point, I have no problem imagining myself on board the Extarga, interacting with all the wonderful characters the author has created. I look forward to reading Marik’s, Cale’s, and Sonya’s stories in the next three books in the series. Yep, they are out too. (I will be reviewing them shortly) The pace was perfect. In fact, I couldn't put it down. It was an engrossing page turner from the very first paragraph. So make sure you have five or six free hours. Honest, the house could have been robbed while I read this, and I wouldn't have noticed as long as they didn't mess with me, my book, or my coffee. Happy Ever For Now - You never know what the future will bring. They have sisters to find, and a planet to free. Which means you need to buy the rest of the books in the series. I did! And after reading them I highly recommend you buy them all too. I would liken this author to Sharon Kay of the Solsti Prophecy and Watcher’s Kiss Series’ with her luscious good guy demons, and strong spirited female heroines. She also brings to mind Kresley Cole and Sherrilyn Kenyon in both that these are bad guy immortals you can’t help but love. I also feel truly happy after reading any of these authors.

The perfect start off to a great series! This story involves a great love between Sebastian and Anya, intrigue as Anya discovers who she really is, and triumph when Anya faces her past and saves her friends. I've never read a love story set in space that I liked, but this book definitely hooked me. I look forward to reading the rest of the series!

Finally...I carved out time to start Demon Possession by Kiersten Fay, and let me just say, I'm sooo mad at myself for waiting this long. This story was fantastic!!! I love the world Kiersten has created and play between Bastian and Anya, as well as the supporting characters, was perfectly paced. Besides that all I have to say is I'll be starting book #2 RIGHT NOW!! Great job, Kiersten, you transported me and now I want a demon of my own! :p

Demon Possession is a deliriously sexy read with a hunky demon and a beautiful pixie. Anya has no memories of her life or her people, she knows one thing and that is she is a captive. She escapes her captors and hides on another ship. When she is discovered by the Captain she must adjust to her role on a new ship and her intense attraction to its Captain. This book had me alternating between laughing and fanning myself! The attraction between Anya and Sebastian is just HOT! It was intense, erotic, and sensual. The passion and the desire between these two burned hotter then anything I have every seen! The secondary characters were just awesome. All of the crew on Sebastian’s ship were like one big family, and some of them ever were. The squabbled and fought, laughed and snickered, and loved each other so much! They would do anything to protect one another, and to me that is a real family. To look out for one another and love each other unconditionally with all the flaws and imperfections. I am so excited about the books to come in this series! This is a must read that you will devour in one night! I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
